Catchment Groups

Wendy Sullivan (NZ Landcare Trust); Kristin Aldridge (Rai and Surrounds); Veronika Merkle (Kaituna/Okaramio); Karen Morrison (Linkwater); Denis Marfell [Lower Pelorus/Whakamarino (Wakamarina)]

Through our Project partner New Zealand Landcare Trust, we have helped communities to form catchment groups. Four catchment groups have been active at various times in Linkwater, Lower Pelorus/Whakamarino, Kaituna, and Rai and surrounding areas. Catchment groups are community-led with coordinators who live or work in the local area.
